Rooms will be made available on the day of arrival as soon as they are ready for occupancy.

The reservation will be automatically canceled if there is no show by 6:00 pm , unless there is a valid justification.

During periods of high occupancy, holidays or peak dates (super peaks) , changes or rescheduling are not permitted .

M Costa Nova cannot guarantee accommodation for guests not declared on the Booking, Airbnb or other platforms voucher.

If the booked accommodation allows it, an additional cost of €40 per night, per extra person , will be applied, to be paid at check-in.

Any additional consumption or damages may be charged to the guest's account during or after the stay, subject to assessment.

A €300 damage deposit may be required and is collected 7 days before arrival via bank transfer or at the check-in. This deposit will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out , subject to an inspection of the property.
